Marston provides campaign finance services to Republican candidates, PACs, and party committees at Election CFO, a company he founded in 2009 after serving in the George W. Bush administration. He is also a political and election law partner at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. As a volunteer, he has served as General Counsel of the Republican Party of Virginia since 2015.
Outside of law and politics, Marston, an Eagle Scout, enjoys volunteering with Boy Scouts of America, and, along with his dog Trip, competing in dog sports and volunteering with the Mount Vernon Dog Training Club and the DelMarVa Portugues Water Dog Club.
