Speaker Bios:

Don Tracy is the Illinois Republican Nominee for U.S. Senate. He has been an attorney for several decades and is a Senior Counsel at Brown, Hay & Stephens, the oldest law firm in Illinois, where Abraham Lincoln famously first practiced law. Public service is important to Don. He has served in leadership positions in several civic and professional organizations, including as Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party, Chairman of the Illinois Gaming Board, Secretary of the Illinois Bar Foundation, President of the Sangamon County Bar Association, and many more, including numerous local boards and committees.

Don learned the value of hard work from an early age, having started working for his family's business when he was 10 years old. He started in the warehouse and eventually served as General Outside Counsel for over 40 years. His family's business and its hard-working employees embody the American Dream. Don attended Western Illinois University and holds a Bachelor's in General Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis.

Aaron Del Mar
is the Republican Nominee for Lieutenant Governor in Illinois. He is a leader, entrepreneur, and family man whose life has been defined by service, dedication, and a desire to strengthen his community. Known for his energy and vision, Aaron has spent years taking on roles that bring people together, solve problems, and inspire others to lead with integrity.

Aaron’s journey began early when, at just 29, he became the youngest-ever Councilman for the Village of Palatine. From there, he went on to serve in a variety of leadership positions—guiding community organizations, overseeing public safety and infrastructure, and helping connect people with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Along the way, he has built a reputation as someone who listens first, leads by example, and empowers others to step into leadership themselves.

Rob Luther
is an Associate Professor of Law at Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where he teaches and writes on the federal courts, judicial ethics, and political law. He previously served as Associate Counsel to the President in the White House Counsel’s Office, co-managing the judicial selection process and helping prepare more than 150 federal judicial nominees for Senate confirmation. He also served on the Senate Judiciary Committee staff and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and later practiced at Jones Day in Washington, D.C.

He is the founder of Constitutional Solutions PLLC, advising clients in high-stakes hearings and investigations. Professor Luther frequently speaks and writes on federal judicial nominations and has received national recognition for his work. In 2025, he was appointed by Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin to the Board of Visitors at Mount Vernon.
