Join the Republican National Lawyers Association for a luncheon hosted by the Pennsylvania Chapter at the Hamilton Club in downtown Lancaster featuring Josh Parsons of the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Parsons will discuss the role of the County Board in administering elections, including his role as Vice-Chairman, as well as his insights into upcoming 2026 midterm elections.

About the Speaker
Josh Parsons was first elected as a Lancaster County Commissioner in 2015 after previously serving as the Clerk of Courts and Assistant District Attorney. Prior to his near twenty years of service to Lancaster County, Commissioner Parsons graduated cum laude from Penn State's Dickinson School of Law after serving five years in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer. Prior to the Army and law school, he attended the University of Delaware. In addition to his official duties, Commissioner Parsons has also taught an evening trial advocacy course at Dickinson Law for 17 years.
Among other functions, the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners oversees the Board of Elections and Registration Commission.
Commissioner Parsons lives in Lancaster County with his wife and is the father to three boys.
