In addition to his duties as managing partner, Mr. Thomas maintains a diverse practice, representing both institutional and individual clients. Mr. Thomas has served as municipal attorney and has provided representation to a host of other public bodies. Mr. Thomas also serves as consultant to several governing bodies. Mr. Thomas has extensive experience in handling complex litigation in all facets of the Firm's areas of practice, including: * Complex Public Contract litigation; * Creditor Rights and Bankruptcy * Banking, including Mortgage Foreclosure, Replevin and as fiduciary * Significant Appellate Court practice; * Telecommunications and related intellectual property * All facets of general practice Mr. Thomas has been extremely successful at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Thomas is frequently consulted by local and regional public bodies and has authored or assisted with the creation of legislative solutions.
