Fogarty Jr. has established himself as one of the preeminent election law practitioners in the State of Illinois.  He brings decades of experience in advising on all aspects of the electoral and legislatives processes.  John regularly counsels candidates, office holders, political committees, individual citizens, corporations and non-profit entities, on everything from ballot access and campaign finance, to media issues and party governance to election administration and post-election issues, including recounts.  He has represented numerous local, state and federal candidates and political committees before the State Board of Elections, and before electoral boards state-wide, state and federal courts, and before the Federal Election Commission.
