Atty. Patrick S. Sylvester helps clients plan for the management, protection and distribution of their assets. He concentrates his legal practice primarily in the areas of Family Law Disputes, Wills, Trusts, Advanced Estate Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Trust & Estate Controversies, Real Estate Law and Business Law. Mr. Sylvester earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctor (Law) degree from Hamline University School of Law ' Minnesota. Prior to forming Sylvester Law Firm, PC, Mr. Sylvester served as an estate planning and probate attorney at law firms in Wilmette, IL and Madison, WI. He also served as a Vice President & Trust Officer for a Chicago bank and trust company, and prior to that he served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey D. Thompson of Minnesota's Third Judicial District. Preceding the study and practice of law, Mr. Sylvester was an educator, having taught economics, political science and history at a college preparatory school in Arizona.
