Wally is a movement conservative and a perpetual thorn in the side of the progressive movement. The American Federation of Teachers decries him as In 2016, he won a landmark federal jury verdict that held a Philadelphia City Councilmember liable for violating the First Amendment rights of his real estate developer client. In 2015, he spearheaded an effort that led to an Inspector General investigation and ultimate suspension of a Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board after he discovered the director was the Chairman of a left-wing workers' rights organization and was illegally requesting donations from unions that appeared before him. In 2012, Wally represented a Philadelphia High School student who was forcibly removed from class and referred to as a 'KKK Member' by a teacher for wearing a Romney/Ryan t-shirt to class.
