BIO
Walter “Wally” Zimolong is a veteran election law and constitutional litigator who regularly represents Republican candidates, elected officials, and national party committees in election integrity matters, including leading litigation for President Donald J. Trump and the Republican National Committee in 2024 that secured a preliminary injunction to extend early voting, coordinating a statewide recount effort and litigation for the NRSC and Senator Dave McCormick, and representing campaigns in response to election irregularities. He also pursues election administration and compliance cases to uphold statutory election law and protect voters’ rights, advocating for lawful ballot access, election operations, and accountability of election boards in matters involving ballot security and proper procedures.
