Zach Wallen concentrates his practice in the area of federal and state political law. His clients appreciate Zach’s client-centric approach and responsive counseling as to the unique priorities and challenges of candidates and campaigns, political advocacy entities, and their vendors.
Zach counsels and advises candidates, vendors, and independent political organizations, including PACs, super PACs, and 501(c)(4) organizations on campaign finance, political advocacy, entity formation, and election law compliance. He has been a trusted part of many high-profile political campaigns at both the state and federal level. He also advises corporations and political advocacy entities on lobbying and political advocacy compliance issues.
Zach also has an extensive constitutional and election litigation practice, including recent cases in both state and federal court concerning the defense of election integrity statutes from third-party challenges and the defense of the First Amendment rights of a federal political committee.
