The event will feature a presentation on judicial federalism and the Arkansas Constitution by Brett Watson and Frank Arey, followed by a discussion on the importance of constitutional structure led by Noah Watson, Deputy Solicitor General for the State of Arkansas. The program will conclude with a forum featuring Arkansas Supreme Court Associate Justices Cody Hiland and Nick Bronni, along with other invited candidates for the State Supreme Court. The event will be moderated by Doyle Webb, with a welcome from RNLA Chapter Leader Bilenda Harris-Ritter. A continental breakfast will be served.
