About the Speakers
Kory Langhofer is the Managing Attorney at Statecraft PLLC, a law firm focusing on government and political law. His practice is concentrated in campaign finance, constitutional litigation, and political matters. He has previously worked as a federal prosecutor, as litigation counsel to the presidential campaigns for Mitt Romney and Donald Trump, and as general counsel for the 2016-2017 presidential transition team.
Rachel Mitchell is an Arizona native and longtime prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where she has spent over 30 years focusing on crimes against children and sexual assault. She has led prosecutorial teams for more than two decades, including the sex-crimes bureau, and has handled hundreds of complex cases involving vulnerable victims. Mitchell is also a national expert and speaker on child abuse and sexual assault prosecution, advocating for stronger laws and improved courtroom practices to support victims. In addition to her legal career, she has held top leadership roles in the office and remains active in her community and church.
