Randy Evans is Chairman of the RNLA and is also a Member of the Rules Committee and the Debate Committee of the Republican National Committee (RNC).  He served as outside Counsel to the Speakers of the 104th-109th Congresses of the United States (Gingrich and Hastert).  He was a Senior Advisor the Newt 2012 Presidential Campaign.
