The liberal media and Democrat Senators have been attacking the Trump Administration’s removal of alien agitators and violent gang members. Join RNLA this Friday for a webinar to discuss high-profile deportations by the Trump administration currently being litigated in the federal courts. First Amendment expert Benjamin Barr will discuss the deportation of campus rabblerouser and Hamas supporter Mahmoud Khalil and why the First Amendment violations claimed by his supporters are misleading. The Heritage Foundation's Hans von Spakovsky will also join the program to discuss attempts to stop the deportation of violent gang members to Central and South America.

Featured Speaker

Benjamin Barr focuses his practice at Barr & Klein PLLC on constitutional law, new media operations, election law, and political privacy. Mr. Barr’s work has led to the constitutional framework overturning former Majority Leader Tom DeLay’s conviction in Texas and the Supreme Court has cited Mr. Barr’s work on First Amendment issues in Citizens United. He has also served as counsel to two chairmen of the Federal Election Commission. Barr regularly helps high-profile clients defend their constitutional rights creatively and aggressively. Learn more about Barr’s deep dives into constitutional controversies at his YouTube channel, here: https://www.youtube.com/@BenjaminBarr1.
Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a wide range of issues—including civil rights, civil justice, the First Amendment, immigration, the rule of law, and government reform—as a Senior Legal Fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky also studies and writes about campaign finance restrictions, voter fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections and voting equipment standards.
