In a recent opinion, Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett issued a stern rebuke of Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson's position that the judicial branch should have unlimited authority to stop actions taken by the executive branch, "Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary." Justice Jackson's viewpoint is representative of leftist jurists in courts across the country who see their authority as a tool to stop policies they disagree with on ideological grounds, regardless of whether the policies are constitutional or not. Join RNLA this Friday as we discuss the left's fight for an "imperial Judiciary" and the weaponization of the judicial branch against the Trump administration.
