Join the RNLA for a continuing legal education training on New Jersey election law featuring prominent legal experts from around the state, including experienced litigators in recent New Jersey recounts.

Recent cycles in New Jersey have seen very close election contests resulting in recounts and contests for many candidates at various levels.  In these recounts and contests, the role of the election lawyer is crucial to ensuring the election process is safeguarded and fair to all voters. This election integrity session will focus on the preparation for and the understanding of the recount and contest process from lawyers with experience in these recent contests. Learn how you can play a key role in ensuring the election process in New Jersey is safeguarded and fair for all voters. Non-attorneys, including grassroots volunteers, are welcome to attend this event.

**Accreditation for 90 minutes of CLE credit has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board. New Jersey attorneys who take courses approved for CLE by another state will receive 1 to 1 credit for courses approved in that jurisdiction through reciprocity.**
