Join the Republican National Lawyers Association's Pittsburgh Chapter for a Pennsylvania ethics CLE program.* The topic of the program is The Duty of Confidentiality in the Digital Age. The CLE program* will be one hour long and it is free to attend.

Items to be discussed will include:

• Ethical rules and requirements regarding protecting the confidentiality of client information and communications;
• How the ethical rules apply to the use of modern technology in the practice of law;
• The overlap between the ethical duties of confidentiality and the attorney-client privilege; and
• Pitfalls to avoid that could compromise the confidentiality of client data.

An informal networking reception will be held immediately following this event. Additional details on this reception are forthcoming.
