Join RNLA for a special webinar on the Biden Border Crisis and noncitizen voting. The Biden Administration's disastrous immigration policies have caused a crisis on our southern border that was previously unimaginable. At the same time, Democrats at the local, state, and federal levels are taking steps to weaken election integrity safeguards and, in some circumstances, even push for noncitizen voting. Our speakers will discuss how these issues interact with each other and their importance to the 2024 presidential election.

About the Speakers

Gene Hamilton serves as Vice-President and General Counsel of America First Legal. Prior to AFL, Gene served as Counselor to the Attorney General at the United States Department of Justice from 2017-2021—providing legal advice, counsel, and strategic guidance. He has also served as Senior Counselor to the Secretary of Homeland Security, General Counsel on the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, and served in a variety of other roles at the Department of Homeland Security.

Brianna Lyman is an elections correspondent for The Federalist. She previously worked for The Daily Caller and has appeared on Fox Nation, Newsmax, One America News, and more. Her recent reporting includes: "Court Affirms Arizona’s Need To Keep Noncitizens Off Voter Rolls, But Makes It Harder To Do So," "How Biden’s Lax Border Policies Enable Illegal Border-Crossers To Obtain REAL IDs," and "How Illegal Aliens Flooding Our Border Skew Elections For Democrats Without Ever Casting A Vote."

James Rogers is Senior Counsel at America First Legal where he litigates cases on border security, election integrity, and parental rights. Prior to joining AFL, James was Senior Litigation Counsel at the Solicitor General’s Office of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. While there, he spearheaded lawsuits against the Biden Administration’s destructive open borders policies and its COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Before that, James spent six years as a Foreign Service Officer at the Department of State. Prior to joining the State Department, he worked in private practice and clerked for Justice W. Scott Bales on the Arizona Supreme Court.
