About the Speakers
Terry Moore is currently a member of the Montana legislature, serving on the Appropriation Committee, Legislative Finance Committee, and Chair of the General Government Appropriations Sub-Committee. Moore has sponsored legislation protecting Montanans’ retirement security from Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing which was signed into law by Montana Governor Greg Gianforte in 2023.
Andrew King is General Counsel to the Florida Department of Education. The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for providing sound, effective, and timely legal advice and representation to the State Board of Education, the Commissioner of Education, and all units within the Department of Education. The state of Florida has been a leader in eliminating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs in education.
