About Steve Cortes

Steve Cortes served as Senior Spokesman and Strategist for the 2016 and 2020 Trump campaigns, including leadership of Hispanic outreach. He also worked as a strategist and spokesman for JD Vance's 2022 Senate campaign in Ohio.

Cortes now heads the League of American Workers, a conservative political advocacy group for laborers.

Prior to entering politics, he traded global currencies and interest rates for 25 years for large international hedge funds.

He’s been an on-air broadcaster for CNBC, Fox News, and CNN.

His new book “Bad Hombres” about Hispanics moving to the right politically will publish in September.

He attended Georgetown University and lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee with his wife and four children.
