Speaker Bio:
Anthony Lococo has resided in Waukesha County since childhood. He and his wife Angela are the proud parents of four young children. He is also a Green Bay Packers shareholder.
Following graduation from law school, Anthony clerked for Justice Ziegler of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin for two terms, where he gained an inside look at the operation of Wisconsin’s appellate system. After a brief stint at Wisconsin’s largest law firm, Anthony devoted his career to suing and investigating government bureaucrats, working at both the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty and the Institute for Reforming Government (whose honorary chair is Governor Scott Walker).
Reflecting his deep knowledge of Wisconsin’s appellate courts, today Anthony owns and operates a boutique appellate law firm he founded, Wisconsin Appellate Litigation Services LLC. In all, he has experience litigating in areas like state and federal constitutional law (including free speech, religious liberty, and gun rights), regulatory challenges and administrative procedure, education, elections, taxation, wrongful death, labor law, product liability, contracts, personal injury, probate, nuisance, redistricting, criminal law, and more.
Anthony is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and the University of Dallas (B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics). At UD Anthony won the economics department’s top student prize; at Harvard Anthony won multiple prizes for his outstanding work in constitutional law and legal writing, while interning with the Harvard Kennedy School, the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, the Massachusetts Land Court, and the prestigious law firm Sidley Austin LLP.
