RNLA President Michael Thielen is hosting a special reception for our under 40 members for Kevin Cline as he leaves the Office of White House Counsel.  We look forward to celebrating Kevin, a former Co-Chair of the RNLA DC Young Lawyers Chapter, for his accomplishments as part of the White House Counsel's office team.
