On January 1, 2022, after 30 years of litigating in New Jersey, New York, and Kentucky, my partner and I opened our own firm. We had been equity partners in a mid-sized New Jersey based firm that did not find our litigation of liberty cases (including a suit against NYC Mayor DeBlasio for his vaccine passport mandate, and a suit against NJ Gov. Phil Murphy for his masking mandate for school children) were suitable to the firm. Determined to fight for liberty, we opened our doors and never looked back. Now we handle numerous complex and general litigation cases concerning vaccine mandates, overreaching school districts/parents rights (such as social transitioning of minor school children without parental knowledge, school boards compelling DEI indoctrination etc.), employment discrimination related to vaccines, religious exemptions, and speech, First Amendment cases, and now some election law litigation. We supplement such work with general litigation, including complex commercial litigation such as fraud cases, defamation, and general We are unafraid, ethical, and creative and take pride in fighting for liberty and justice for all, no matter who the opponent. Our adversaries include the likes of BlackRock, The Federal Reserve Board, NY Governor Kathy Hochul, and the New Jersey Attorney General, just to name a few. We litigate nationally where the case is right, recently signing up clients (with local counsel as needed) in North Carolina, Ohio, and Colorado.
