Timothy D. Patterson concentrates his practice in general civil litigation, business litigation, and defending municipalities in civil rights, employment, and governmental tort cases. Mr. Patterson has been involved in several election law cases and has provided election-day assistance to numerous campaigns. Mr. Patterson came to Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh after practicing two years with Ortale, Kelley, Herbert, and Crawford in Nashville, Tennessee, where he worked primarily in the fields of insurance defense litigation. Mr. Patterson is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Federalist Society. At the University Of Kentucky College Of Law, Mr. Patterson served as a member of the National Moot Court Team and on the Moot Court Board. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, and he served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and the American Bar Association-Law School Division Representative. Mr. Patterson received CALI Awards in Evidence, Advanced Torts, and Federal Courts and Federal Systems.
