Mr. Barr is an experienced First Amendment litigator specializing in election law. Barr co-authored Publius was not a PAC, detailing how the loss of political privacy is destructive to our constitutional rights. His work has been cited by the Supreme Court and Barr authored the successful First Amendment defense against frivolous money laundering charges for former Majority Leader Tom DeLay. He has also served as former counsel to two chairmen of the Federal Election Commission. Barr serves as President to the Pillar of Law Institute and as First Amendment special counsel for Project Veritas.
