More than 2 weeks after Election Day, seven congressional races are still uncalled in New York and California. These issues are a result of the dramatic expansion of mail voting in these states. Committee on House Administration Ranking Member Rodney Davis released a statement about the current state of the races:

"It is ridiculous that California and New York are still counting more than two weeks after an election,” said Davis. “We’ve had election observers in many of these districts and what they’re witnessing is the state’s failure to run efficient elections. In California’s case, it’s the Secretary of State’s decision to mail live ballots to decades-old voter rolls. In New York, it’s the state increasing mail-in voting without making the other changes needed to ensure election officials can count these votes in a timely manner. I understand that this year was unprecedented, but the people of California and New York deserve a better process."

Earlier today, the Trump Campaign's legal team held a press conference at the Republican National Committee headquarters to give an overview of their ongoing litigation. The press conference featured Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis. It focused on alleged problems in major cities across several states.

It has been more than 2 weeks since Election Day, but problems are still emerging with this year's elections. Most recently, problems have surfaced in Georgia, Nevada, and Michigan.

President Trump's federal lawsuit in Pennsylvania is getting its day in court. As a recent article in the American Thinker explained:

The 2020 election cycle has been like one never before with a pandemic, civil unrest, and an unprecedented expansion of voting by-mail. RNLA Vice President Audrey Perry Martin argues in a recent article for The Daily Signal that there is a lot to learn from this year to make our election system stronger moving forward.

Today, a Pennsylvania state court judge delivered an order defending election integrity. The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court's order in Trump v. Boockvar held that the mail ballots of first-time voters who did not provide proof of identity by the statutory deadline could not be counted. The reasoning in the short order was important for the overall integrity of elections and inability of executive branch agencies to overturn election safeguards enacted by the legislature:

[The] Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code . . . for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar's interpretation and application of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar . . . .

Earlier today, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that the state would be conducting a hand recount of the Presidential race. Secretary of State Raffensperger noted that: "It will be an audit, a recount and a recanvass all at once." He expects the recount to be completed before the state's November 20th deadline to certify the results.

Trump Campaign Communications Director Tim Murtaugh told reporters earlier today: "This is an important first step in the process to ensure that the election was fair and that every legal vote was counted."

Desperate to stay relevant, The Lincoln Project has adopted yet another liberal strategy: harassing people who disagree with them. Following the example of Rep. Maxine Waters' calls to harass Republicans going about their everyday lives, The Lincoln Project has called for harassment of individual lawyers and large law firms representing President Trump in election litigation.

The Lincoln Project started by targeting Jones Day and Porter Wright, which are representing President Trump in Pennsylvania. RNLA's Vice President for Election Education Ron Hicks and his colleagues at Porter Wright are leaders of the Trump Pennsylvania legal team (along with former RNLA Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter Chair Linda Kerns), and the firm has received threats for its representation. 

In the face of calls to concede the presidential race, the RNC, President Trump, and his campaign are moving forward with litigation to ensure the integrity of the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
