Catherine is a leading communications expert with more than 15 years of experience navigating crisis communications for some of the nation’s most high-profile and effective non-profit advocacy organizations.

She began her political career as a local elected official in Colorado before earning a master’s degree in public administration from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government in 2008.

She then went to work as Communications Director on Capitol Hill for Congressman Doug Lamborn (CO-05) where she was featured in The Hill newspaper as one of the most effective communications staffers on the Hill.

Since then, she has worked in public affairs at the National Rifle Association, Americans for Limited Government and the American Legislative Exchange Council.

She lives in Fairfax, Va. with her husband. She has two grown children, a dog, and a retired racehorse named Andy. When not working, you’ll find her at the barn!
