Charlie is a nationally recognized communications expert and a trusted advisor to leaders in government and business. He is the CEO of Quantum Communications, a strategic communications and issue advocacy firm. Charlie is one of five Pennsylvania Republicans recognized in the prestigious Influencers 500 by Campaigns and Elections magazine. He's also been named One of the Top 50 Republican Influencers in Pennsylvania by Politics Magazine and as one of the Top Ten Political Consultants in Pennsylvania by PA2010.com. Charlie serves on the Board of Directors of the American Conservative Union, the nation's largest and most prestigious conservative organization and the sponsor of CPAC, the Freedom's Foundation at Valley Forge and the American Swiss Foundation. He is a Director Emeritus of the Keystone State Games. A graduate of the Villanova University School of Law, Charlie has been a Pennsylvania lawyer for 35 years. He began his career on the campaign staff of Ronald Reagan and served President Reagan and his family for many years, including at his funeral. Charlie has been quoted in virtually every major newspaper in the country and appeared on every major national television network. Charlie is the long-time political analyst for the Harrisburg's CBS affiliate, appearing on air several times each week. He's also heard each week on WSBA radio in York, PA. He authors weekly commentary for The Harrisburg Patriot News (PennLive) and monthly columns for Regions Business and Capital Watch. Charlie has been elected as both a Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Convention and appointed both an Alternate Delegate-at-Large and an Honorary Delegate. The 2012 Convention was the tenth he has attended. Charlie also serves as an elected member of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania. He's been a member of the RNLA for many years.
