Daria Pustilnik is a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. Her practice focuses on high-profile sanctions and trade disputes, complex multijurisdictional civil litigation, international judgment enforcement, and asset recovery. She advises individuals and corporations on enforcement actions by U.S. and international authorities, including matters under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. She also counsels clients on sanctions regimes administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce, the U.K. Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation, and the European Union. Daria guides clients through parallel arbitration, bankruptcy, civil, and agency proceedings in the United States, the United Kingdom, the British Virgin Islands, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine. She has represented high-profile clients in cross-border commercial disputes involving contracts, fraud, and misconduct; litigated before major arbitral bodies; and maintains an active asset recovery practice focused on monetizing high-value claims, including those involving cryptocurrency and digital assets.

Before joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Daria was a senior attorney at Kobre & Kim and, before that, an associate attorney at Shutts & Bowen LLP. Prior to entering the private sector, Daria served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Kenneth A. Marra and U.S. Magistrate Judge James M. Hopkins in the Southern District of Florida. She earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2011, where she served as an articles editor for the FIU Law Review. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and has been active in community service, including as a board member and secretary of 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, a nonprofit community help and crisis hotline, and as a board member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.
