Dave Baker is an attorney with more than 30 years’ experience in law, business, and Republican politics in Georgia and Washington, D.C. Dave was one of the first Republicans elected statewide in Georgia, where he served as a Commissioner and Chairman on the Georgia PSC. In this role and later as VP for Law & Policy at internet provider EarthLink, he testified before Congress and served on an FCC Joint Board and as a Director of the Universal Service Administrative Co.
Dave later served as State Director for Faith & Freedom Coalition, helping secure conservative electoral and legislative victories, including President Trump’s 2016 win in Georgia. He later returned to private practice and is currently Senior Attorney for the Technical College System of Georgia.
Dave continues to help elect Republicans and promote conservative principles as a volunteer attorney with the Georgia Election Integrity Task Force, the RNLA, the Federalist Society, and Alliance Defending Freedom.
Dave earned his BA from Johns Hopkins University and his JD from Washington & Lee University. He supports servicemen, veterans, and their families as a JAG Major in the Georgia State Defense Force.
