BIO

Dave Baker earned his B.A. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law. A former technology lobbyist and Executive Director of Faith & Freedom Coalition of GA, Dave is now a partner with Kaufman & Forman, P.C. in Atlanta, specializing in business law and litigation, regulatory compliance, government affairs, and election law. Winning a seat on the Georgia Public Service Commission in 1994, Dave was one of the first Republicans elected statewide in Georgia. He serves on election law teams for the Georgia GOP and RNC, and is an Advisor to the Federalist Society, an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom, and a JAG Captain in the Georgia State Defense Force.
