Jonathon Paul Hauenschild, J.D. is a staff attorney for the RNLA. Prior to joining the RNLA, he served as policy counsel for the Foundation for American Innovation and was Director of the American Legislative Exchange Council's Center for Legal Engagement, Task Force on Communications & Technology, and Task Force on Homeland Security. During his time at FAI, he authored several regulatory comments and white papers addressing telecommunications deployments, the regulation of technology, and emerging technologies. While at ALEC, he authored numerous amicus briefs, including several on issues related to speech and state regulatory authority.
Jonathon has assisted election integrity operations since 2006. He is a 2022 graduate of the Institute in World Politics, holding a Master of Arts in Statecraft and National Security Affairs, and is a 2007 graduate of the Oak Brook College of Law.
