Larry Stein was Republican Precinct Committeeman in Du Page County, Illinois for 10 years, before moving to Chicago. He is also an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in civil and criminal actions in state and federal courts and other tribunals throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He has handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, proceedings before arbitration tribunals, mediation sessions and appeals, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Illinois. He is regularly engaged in emergency litigation, including proceedings for temporary restraining orders and preliminary and permanent injunctions. While he mostly represents businesses interests in commercial disputes, Larry also represents individuals in matters of contested wills, estates and trusts.
