Lee Goodman is Chairman of the Republican National Lawyers Association.

Lee joined Dhillon Law Group as a Partner in 2025, based in the Alexandria office. A nationally recognized authority on election law, government ethics, and First Amendment rights, Lee served as Chairman and Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), where he led regulatory reforms in response to landmark Supreme Court decisions. With a distinguished career spanning legal counsel roles for the Governor and Attorney General of Virginia, as well as serving as General Counsel to numerous political organizations, Lee advises clients on campaign finance, election law, lobbying regulations, and constitutional litigation. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
