Lowell Pearson is the Office Managing Partner of the Jefferson City office of Husch Blackwell, LLP  His practice involves litigation and administrative law in the areas of election law, procurement matters, campaign finance, constitutional issues, and other regulatory issues.  He is a frequent speaker on these topics, including at the RNLA Election Law seminar.  He is a former chair of the RNLA Missouri chapter.  He serves as Chief Counsel to the Missouri Republican Party, and represents many federal and state committees.  He served the Missouri Senate Bi-Partisan Reapportionment Commission in 2012 and 2021
