Currently a partner at HWG LLP, Ms. Paoletta practices telecom and tech administrative law, advising clients before the FCC, the Administration and internationally before the United Nations' International Telecommunication Union. Ms. Paoletta is the Co-Chair of RNLA and a member of its Board, as well as a member of the Advisory Council of the Pacific Telecommunications Council. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Federalist Society's Telecommunications & Electronic Media Practice Group. Before moving to HWG, Ms. Paoletta formerly chaired Wiley's International Telecom Practice and Level 3's Government Relations office in Washington, D.C. as Vice President. Ms. Paoletta was Counsel on the House Energy & Commerce Committee after serving as Director of Telecommunications Trade, at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. She was a Schedule C appointee at the FCC, Special Assistant to the Director of International Communications, then Senior Legal Advisor to the FCC's International Bureau Chief.
