Join the RNLA Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter for a kickoff reception introducing new leadership, featuring door prizes, and offering a preview of efforts to ensure open, fair, and honest elections leading up to the 2020 election.

We will also have a drawing for door prizes for attendees. Prizes include: RNLA-branded items and a free ticket to attend the National Policy Conference on April 5th in Washington, D.C.

Joel Frank is the Managing Partner of Lamb McErlane PC based in West Chester, PA and is the Republican Party of Pennsylvania's team as General Counsel. Aside from being an experienced election law attorney, Joel has served our Party as the long-time Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County. He has been involved in numerous local, state and national campaigns over the years. Outside of politics, Joel commits his time to serving as Chair of the Board for the national non-profit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation whose mission is to fight and find a cure for pediatric cancer. He is also a Commissioner on the State Athletic Commission, having been nominated by Governor Corbett.

Mike Roman is the former Special Assistant to the President and Director of Special Projects and Research under President Trump. Previously, he worked for the Republican National Committee as well as the campaigns for President George W. Bush and then-nominees for President, John McCain and Mitt Romney. Mike, a Philadelphia native, started his career as a political consultant for local and statewide campaigns in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
