The Chronicle Tribune of Ohio has been following an election recently decided by one Provisional Ballot for a Democrat primary in Lorain County.  The case has uncovered a few interesting tidbits of the Voter Fraud mind.  There is this one (emphasis ours):

Last Friday RNLA was privileged to hear former U.S. Attorney General and RNLA Board of Advisory Member Judge Michael Mukasey speak on the Iran deal and its legal/security implications.  While that is legally a bit of sticky wicket, General Mukasey explains in an Op-Ed that the issue of Hillary Clinton’s email is rather an easier question and also an issue ofcommon sense. 

Former Attorney General and Judge Michael Mukasey will deliver the opening address at the RNLA National Election Law Seminar on August 14. Michael B. Mukasey served as the 81^st U.S. Attorney General from 2007 to 2009. From 1988 to 2006, Judge Mukasey served as a district judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, becoming Chief Judge in 2000. During that time, Judge Mukasey presided over hundreds of cases, including the trial of Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and 11 co-defendants charged with conspiring to blow up numerous sites in New York. Judge Mukasey is a member of the RNLA Board of Advisors.

The left always tries to define vote fraud as narrowly as possible and often misses the point. However, we will readily admit the following does not fit in the category of vote fraud but does fit in the  theme that some Democrats will do almost anything to win an election:

The Senate Finance Committee released its report on the long-time investigation into the IRS’ targeting of conservative groups. The report found that Lois Lerner, who oversaw the department that processes applications for tax-exempt status, waited almost two years before notifying her supervisors about delays in processing applications. Some groups waited five years to have their applications processed.

Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA), a member of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Oversight,requested that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) conduct an audit of Planned Parenthood after more recentvideos revealed Planned Parenthood’s alleged illegal harvesting and selling body parts of unborn children.

The battle for voter integrity continues in Virginia. Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe's appointees are trying bypassing the state legislature to make changes to allow convicted felons and illegal aliens to  fraudulent vote without any consequences. Under the proposed changes to the Virginia Code, voters would no longer need to affirmatively check a box stating that they are a citizen, and they are neither a felon, nor mentally incompetent. Currently, if a voter leaves this box incomplete, the action is a material omission. Thus, if a person does not at least affirmatively state they are a citizen, the vote does not count.

The Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) is pleased to congratulate Jennifer Choe Groves on her nomination by President Obama to serve on the United States Court of International Trade. The U.S. Court of International Trade, an Article III court, has nationwide jurisdiction over civil actions arising out of U.S. customs and international trade laws. If confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Groves will be the first Asian Pacific American judge to serve on this court. 

Bills are now introduced in the House and the Senate to cut off federal funds for Planned Parenthood, and would instead direct money to women’s health groups. This is a proposed fix to the legal issue of Planned Parenthood misusing federal funds to profit from harvested fetal tissue in the name of research.

Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Affairs, sent a letter to Obamarequesting the firing of IRS chief John Koskinen. Chaffetz stated that Koskinen repeatedly “obstructed” congressional efforts to investigate the IRS’s political targeting taxpayers. Chaffetz quoted his letter in a Capitol Hill press conference,
