The United States Supreme Court's decision in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee to uphold Arizona's common-sense voter integrity laws is perhaps the most significant win for federalism and election integrity in recent history, especially at a critical time when Democrats are doing all they can to undermine the security of elections.

Another City "Defunds" the Police, and Dems are Blaming... Republicans?
As crime surges in the Democrat-run cities of America, another city has voted to slash a proposed budget for its police force. Last week, the Oakland City Council voted to divert millions of dollars away from the city's police department despite the recent rise in crime:

On Friday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that the U.S. Department of Justice would be using Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act to sue the state of Georgia over its 2021 election law package recently signed into law. As reported by Margot Cleveland for The Federalist:
First, the DOJ complains that Georgia prohibits the distribution of unsolicited absentee ballot applications then also bars private organizations from distributing duplicate absent ballot applications. Next, the DOJ challenges Georgia’s requirement that in requesting an absentee ballot that voters either provide their driver’s license number or present a photocopy of another form of identification — but even a utility bill would suffice.

On Tuesday evening, the Senate rejected the Corrupt Politicians Act when it failed to receive the necessary votes to invoke cloture. Democrats are already claiming that the Republicans rejected a common sense compromise, but the reality is that the Manchin "compromise" was not a compromise — it had no bipartisan support. More importantly, the "compromise" was not actually being voted on today. As many Republican Senators, including Leader McConnell and Rules Ranking Member Roy Blunt, pointed out, the bill voted on today was essentially the same as the original.

Tomorrow Senate Democrats will fail in their efforts to pass a slightly modified version of S.1 a.k.a. the "Corrupt Politicians Act." They will say it is because of a filibuster but the reality is they do not even have the support of Democrat Senator Joe Manchin. But the fight for fair and honest elections is far from over. Democrats will then pivot to H.R. 4, the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act." The Democrats will lead you to believe that H.R.4 is a compromise that everyone can get behind, but as RNLA Co-Chair Harmeet Dhillon points out, H.R.4 is a "trojan horse" to achieve their partisan power grab of U.S. elections. Dhillon writes:
All Americans – particularly Republicans in Congress – need to recognize H.R. 4 for the unnecessary power grab it truly is, and not be fooled by false propaganda about "voting rights. . ."
