With Democrats reportedly unhappy with front runner nominee Hillary Clinton, they may want to turn to one of the other Democrat candidates running for the Democratic Nomination for President.  One of those other candidates, Lincoln Chaffee, while Governor of Rhode Island supported voter ID.  Of course there are a number of Democrats who support Voter ID, including for example the Democrat Secretary of State of New Hampshire.

Last month the RNLA was thrilled to host the 2015 National Election Law Seminar at the Downtown Marriott in New York City.  As you walked out the front door of the hotel, you couldn’t help but notice One Trade Center – the newly erected Freedom Tower – which was a beautiful reminder of how New York rebuilt in the midst of such tragedy.   

When House Republicans filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration over the unauthorized spending to support Obamacare, President Obama labeled the effort a "political stunt."  On Wednesday a Federal Judge strongly disagreed as described by The New York Times(emphasis added):

The argument that vote fraud does not matter is no longer credible as, most famously, vote fraud allowed Obamacare to pass.  The most recent example is in Alabama. 

Would the mainstream media or any Democrat be okay if the Bush Justice Department had funded the RNC or a Koch funded political group?  Of course not.  It would have been a huge scandal and be cited as a prime example of politicization of the Department of Justice. 

Hillary’s email related woes continue to grow with two new problems.  First off, at least once Hillary’s staff warned her about the potential email secrecy issue and she instructed the staff to ignore them:

Recently, Hillary Clinton attacked Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach and accused him of purging voters.  Hillary does not seem to understand the irony of accusing someone of purging in the middle of the scandal regarding efforts to purge or wipe her email.
