A New York Republican activist is blowing the whistle on an Obama crony. Republican leader E. O'Brien Murray recently made a Hatch Act compliant against the US Ambassador to South Africa, Patrick Gaspard. Previously, Gaspard was a close advisor to President Obama who led Obama's political affairs office before being installed by the president as the executive director of the Democratic National Committee.

Why is voting in Germany at the polls free of Fraud?  In part, because they require ID and have a transparent process.

Attorney General Eric Holder is being called lawless, threatened with impeachment, and generally regarded as out of control.  Yet there are efforts to give his Department even more money in the latest Omnibus Appropriations proposal. 

In December the FEC finally voted, deadlocking 3-3, in the protracted Crossroads GPS case. The inquiry into whether the group must register with the FEC as a political action committee is now closed. The result is a victory for all grassroots organizations wishing include express advocacy as part of their overall political strategy.

The vote fraud deniers on the left have ignored the vote fraud in New York to such an extent that election officials feel comfortable asking authorities to prosecute police for uncovering the fraud.  I wonder how the left will ignore the vote fraud reported in their bible, the New York Times, yesterday. 

While much has rightly been made of Debo Adegbile -- President Obama’s nominee to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division -- representation of radical cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, there are a number of other reasons that make his nomination extremely troubling. 

When a Milwaukee Police Task Force on the 2004 Election released the most comprehensive and non-partisan study of vote fraud, the left attacked . . .  the studies release!  They also attacked the police for recommending an end to same day registration as the best way to stop vote fraud or failing that, real photo ID.  The left again did not attack the substance of the police recommendations or factual findings but instead said it was wrong for the police to make policy recommendations or release a report.

While the Eric Holder led Department of Justice is fighting against voter ID in North Carolina denying any fraud ever happens in North Carolina, state officials are taking the opposite view.  A recent local election was so ripe with vote fraud state officials had to step in and order a “do over.”
