In recent weeks, the Biden Border Crisis has reached levels previously thought to be unimaginable: 

• On a single day in December 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection experienced over 12,600 migrant encounters. 

The decision by the fully Democrat-appointed Colorado Supreme Court in December to remove former President Trump from the Republican primary ballot was just the beginning of rogue officials weaponizing the 14th Amendment and interfering with Republican voters' ability to choose a presidential nominee. Last week, Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows joined the Colorado Supreme Court in determininging former President Trump ineligible to be listed on the Republican primary ballot under the guise of the 14th Amendment's ban on "insurrectionists" holding office.

On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court handed down an unbelievable ruling removing former President Trump from the Republican primary ballot and consequently denying the state's Republicans the opportunity to decide who they want to represent them in the 2024 presidential election.

Election interference.

This irresponsible ruling will be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court and our legal team looks forward to helping fight for a victory.

On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a confirmation hearing for Adeel Abdullah Mangi, nominated to serve on the Third Circuit. The nomination of Manji might be one of the Biden Administration's most tone-deaf yet. As The Washington Free Beacon reported, Mangi previously served on the advisory board of a think tank at Rutger's University known for its anti-Israel activity:

After approval from the House Rules Committee, the full House is expected to vote on officially initiating an impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden. Fox News reported:

The House of Representatives is taking a vote to formalize its impeachment inquiry of President Biden on Wednesday evening, a move Republicans argue will force the White House into complying with its investigation.

The Biden administration continues to hide its efforts to interfere with elections. In a recent letter authored by Sen. Bill Hagerty, Senate Republicans are demanding the White House and relevant agencies provide copies of their plans to implement Executive Order 14019 entitled “Promoting Access to Voting.” The letter was co-signed by 23 senators, including Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell.

Thursday's Senate Judiciary hearing was truly astonishing. Democrats played procedural games in an attempt to silence Republicans on the Committee, voted to send radical judicial nominees to the Senate floor, and authorized subpoenas against Leonard Leo and Harlan Crow—marking a new chapter in the Democrats' witch hunt against conservative Supreme Court Justices.

There is a stark contrast between Israel and Hamas. There is also a stark contrast between their supporters.

On October 7, Hamas launched a surprise assault on Israel, using beheadings, torture, rape and kidnapping as their tools of warfare. Israel declared war in response, using traditional methods of warfare to secure the future safety of its people. Israel minimizes civilian casualties, while Hamas uses Israeli civilian hostages as bargaining chips and Palestinian civilians as human shields. The contrast between Israel and Hamas is jarring, and the difference extends to their support bases in America as well. Unsurprisingly, the radical Left is taking advantage of this conflict and using it as cover to engage in violent behavior reminiscent of the breakdown of law and order that occurred in many American cities in 2020.
