The IRS’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) regarding nonprofit tax classifications has evoked widespread criticism across the political spectrum. Even More Possible Vote Fraud in NY

New York vote fraud takes many forms.  We have seen it done by a group busing in out-of-area voters for a school board election, an election official tampering with absentee ballots of a senior home she manages, police witnessing teenagers of a religious faith going from poll to poll to impersonate voters, and much more.  Now we allegedly have a new scheme: A developer registering “voters” to vote in favor of his development project.

Obama's DOJ is Too Extreme for Democrats

Yesterday saw a major defeat for the Obama Justice Department when seven Democrat Senators rejected President Obama’s choice to head the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, Debo Adegbile, as too radical.  This is becoming a more regular occurrence as many Democrats are finding President Obama and the actions of his Justice Department lawyers too extreme for their liking.
