Prominent Democrats spent recent years advocating for the "defund the police" movement.

Republican Leader Mitch McConnell sent a scathing letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland today, criticizing a memo released by the DOJ earlier this week which announced the DOJ would start investigating parents that are raising concerns about the education of their children at local school board meetings.  It's clear that Biden's DOJ thinks parents don't have the right to push back on taxpayer-funded schools that are teaching children Critical Race Theory and giving minors access to disturbing content.

The Democrats are at it again! The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has voted to request suspension of Virginia's witness signature requirement for absentee ballots. This move is significant because Fairfax is Virginia's most populous county with over 1 million residents.

On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing entitled, "Protecting a Precious, Almost Sacred Right: The John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act" (a.k.a. H.R. 4 / S.4).  Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Kristen Clarke testified before the Committee in attempt to defend the proposed partisan power grab and federal takeover of our elections.

Last week, the Republican National Committee announced that it is suing two cities in Vermont over provisions in their town charters that allow non-citizens to vote. The Vermont GOP and several Vermont voters are also joining the lawsuit.

The Democrats are completely detached from reality when it comes to the state of elections in the United States. Last month's Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution's hearing on H.R. 4 is a perfect example.

On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing entitled, "Texas’s Unconstitutional Abortion Ban and the Role of the Shadow Docket." As Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn pointed out during the hearing, the Senate Democrats are more focused on intimidating the federal judiciary than dealing with the myriad of crises the Biden Administration faces.

Today is National Voter Registration Day.

Virginia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe has spent decades undermining confidence in the U.S. electoral system. As DNC Chair in the early 2000's, he suggested that the 2000 election was stolen and insinuated that the U.S. Supreme Court tampered with the results.

Earlier today, the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution held a hearing on the Voting Rights Act. Unsurprisingly, the Democrats pushed the same, tired talking points about voter discrimination that they always do.
