The Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) filed a complaint today with the Federal Election Commission alleging Michael Bloomberg is in violation of federal campaign finance law, through his use of his personally owned media empire, Bloomberg News.

2019 has been a year marked by Democrats' repeated attempts to change election law in order to make it easier for liberals to win - from H.R. 1 in February to the SHIELD Act last month.

These bills would undermine states’ efforts to protect the integrity of elections and would restrict Americans’ political speech - all the while not preventing any foreign interference in our elections.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has been steadfast in preventing dangerous federal election legislation from passing; however, Democrats are also zoned in on election changes at the state level.

Regardless of where you fall -- long-time supporter, never-Trumper, establishment Republican, fair-minded Independent, or someone who believes judges should not make law -- all can agree President Trump has done a great job appointing judges who respect the rule of law.

On Wednesday, November 6, the President spoke on his judicial accomplishments and I was honored to be invited to the East Room as RNLA’s representative for the ceremony celebrating President Trump’s successes.

The Board of Governors of the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) has named Lee Goodman of Virginia the 2019 Republican Lawyer of the Year.

The Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) thanks Federal Election Commission (FEC) Commissioner Matthew Petersen for his years of public service on the FEC. Commissioner Petersen announced today that he would leave the FEC effective August 31.

The Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) has named Anne Ware Lewis the 2019 honoree of the RNLA’s Robert J. Horn Chairman’s Award. This recognition, posthumously honoring Lewis, marks her sustaining legacy in Republican circles both in Georgia and nation-wide. She was honored during the RNLA’s National Election Law Seminar in Charlotte, North Carolina, on August 2, 2019.
